Ethnicity: Predominately Caucasian although there is a higher concentration of Blacks and African-Americans (17.1%) in the district. Hispanics make up of 5.0% of the population, followed by 4.0% Asian.
Living Situation: High level of home ownership in district, approximately 72% of residents
