The video evidence

This opinion post is related to the poll:

  • If you have already seen the video, go straight to the poll and vote.
  • If you haven't see the video yet, hurry up before it gets removed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAZATt4tM74 Too late for this one. I am going to add information in this article and look for another video. Please bookmark this page and share the links with your friends.
  • [edit] Here I found a longer version of the video, very well done. Because it uses some original analysis, it is possible that it won't be removed. Watch it now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmkYnJYZaQU . You can download the video from here: http://abuse-of-power.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=354

"Police Officer Opens Door With Councilmans Head"

Things to notice in the video

      1. As Councillor David Snyder steps out of the door, he turns back and he can be clearly seen saying to Officer Jack Tiller whom he noticed following close behind him: "Oh look, the bully's back". Snyder admitted saying this.
      2. After saying this, Snyder turns ahead, as he wants to walk on towards the door, his back to the officer.
      3. Snyder has one hand full of expensive video equipment, the other full with a stack of papers. He could not (as has been claimed) have hit the police officer. In any case, he could not have have been threatening in any way, especially as he was leaving peacefully.
      4. Check the reflection in the window just as they get out of view: Snyder is facing away from the officer who violently shove him forward, all the way across the lobby, out through the front door. Snyder falls on his face on the ground, outside (he was facing forward all the time), and Tiller lands on top of him, on his (Snyder's) back. Most of this is visible in the reflection in the window.
